Unlock 2.0 What you need to know Guidelines

Delhi Central Government released the guidelines for Unlock-2 to Monday night. The government said that unlock-2 will remain in force till 31 July. According to the guidelines, schools and colleges will remain closed till 31 July. International flights will also be banned. However, those international flights will be allowed to fly, which is approved by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Metro service, cinema hall, swimming pools, theaters, bars, social and religious events will continue to restrict the crowd.

What opened outside the containment zone and what closed

1. School-colleges and coaching institutes will remain closed till 31 July. Distance learning and online studies will continue. These should be promoted. The training institutes of the central and state governments will be started from July 15. SOP will be issued separately for this.
2. There will be a ban on anyone traveling by international flight. Those people will be able to travel, which is allowed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
3. Metro Rail, Cinema Hall, Swimming Pool, Gym, Entertainment Park, Theater, Bar, Auditorium, Assembly Hall and similar places will not open yet.
4. There will be no social, political, religious, cultural, entertainment, educational programs where there is a possibility of large crowds. Activities that are not yet allowed to start can be issued separately and SOPs can also be issued for them.
5. Domestic flights and rail travel have already been started within a limited range and will continue.
   Night curfew
   From 10 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock, there will be a ban on people going out. Restrictions will not be applicable on essential services, companies working in shifts, vehicles carrying goods on national and state highways, loading and unloading of cargo. People will be allowed to go home after getting off buses, trains and planes. The local administration can issue orders like enforcement of Section 144 at its level to ensure that the rules are followed.

6. Lockdown will be strictly enforced till 31 July in the Containment Zone.
7. In order to break the chain of corona infection, the containment zone should be demarcated keeping in mind the guidelines of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. The District Magistrate will notify these Containment Zone on the website. Information about this will also be given to the ministry.
8. Only essential services will be allowed in the Containment Zone. Apart from medical emergency and supply of essential goods, there will be strict restrictions on the movement of people here. Here contact tracing, monitoring of every house, health check up will be done strictly.
