Let's start with decompiling your systemui

locate to res/layout/status-bar.xml

FIND A CODE SIMILAR TO THIS
<include layout="@layout/system_icons" />

• create a similar code with new layout name
• @layout/xx
• after that create a new layout using below code and named it xx

• now locate to res/anim
• copy any anim name and replace it with @anim/xx mentioned in above code 
• or you can add new anims 
• at last open res/values/strings.xml 
• add new strings/ids if need 
• hola!! all done
